Front Axle
Warn axles are manufactures from 4340 chrome nickel aircraft alloy and then they're heat treated to a yield strength of 230,000 PSI.
Compare these axles to stock axles at 90,000 PSI or the typical aftermarket yield of 125,000 PSI and it's no surprise that these axles are the choice for hard core off-roaders.

Wrangler® Front Wheel Hub Conversion Kit
CJ Front Hub Conversion Kit
Warn began the off-road performance revolution in the late 1940´s by designing a Hub that had no center drive flange allowing Jeep® front axles to free-wheel, thus minimizing stress to the costly front-end components. In 1950, Warn redesigned their hubs with dials to allow connecting and disconnecting of the front axle.
Warn Standard Manual hubs feature either chrome-plated or painted housings and
sure-turn dials for easy engagement. Warn all metal Premium hubs are constructed of a ZA27 super
alloy body and all metal components. Inside the cap assembly, wave spring technology is used to
enhance reliability. Longer clutch-ring spline teeth and body spline area result in better load
handling. Warn Premium Manual hubs feature a larger body wall thickness to optimize clutch-ring
strength, rapid positive engagement prevents ratcheting, dual dial seals lock out contaminants,
and a corrosion resistant, chrome plated finish.
Warn® is so confident in their hubs, they guarantee them for life!
