The Teraflex high steer system is designed for vehicles with 4+" of lift.
This kit will beef up the essential steering components of the Dana 30 front axle. The system includes a HD tie rod and drag link with one ton tie rod ends and tapered inserts, and the HD cast high steer knuckle. |

| HIGH STEER TIE ROD FLIP KIT UPGRADE |

This kit will allow the tie rod to be "flipped" over the knuckle to increase ground clearance and provide additional protection for the tie rod.
This upgrade kit includes a 2 low profile tie rod ends, 1 low profile drag link end, and 3 tapered sleeves. |

| HIGH STEER KNUCKLE |

The Teraflex Dana 30 High Steer Knuckle replaces the outer knuckle on the passenger side. The knuckle features tapered inserts that make customizing easy by allowing the drag link (knuckle end) to enter from the top or the bottom of the steering arm. The tapered sleeves are available for the drag link to fit stock taper rod ends, or the larger taper rod ends (standard Dana 60).
The new one-piece knuckle raises the steering arm position to correct the steering linkage geometry on vehicles with 5+" of lift. This knuckle will work with many leaf spring suspensions, or custom link suspensions like the Tera LCG system.
Fits all 1990+ Wrangler TJ & YJ, Cherokee XJ, and Grand Cherokee ZJ. |

| HEAVY DUTY TIE ROD ENDS |

Teraflex heavy duty tie rod ends utilize a one-ton joint end and are available in either stock Jeep® taper or a large one-ton taper (standard Dana 60).
Stock taper rod ends will fit Dana 30 knuckle holes while the large taper will fir the larger 60 type knuckles which are used in the Tera HD axles. |

Teraflex heavy duty tie rod and drag link kits are designed to upgrade any Jeep® TJ, YJ, XJ, or ZJ steering system utilizing the TeraFlex High Steer Knuckle. It is constructed of 1-1/2" hexagon 6061 T6 aluminum which has a higher specific strength than 1018 steel. It also has a yield strength of 45,000 lbs., but is 3 times lighter than steel. The aluminum will also deflect 3 times further than steel while returning to its original shape. |
